I had a solid experience with efloors.com. The guy I talked to was easy to deal with and answered all my questions about different flooring options, even the basic ones I felt a little silly asking. He definitely seemed to know his stuff! I’m taking off one star because it took a bit longer than expected to get a call back... but overall, the help was good and I’d feel comfortable reaching out again.

I ordered a few flooring samples from efloors.com and it was really easy. The samples came faster than I thought they would, and everything was packed just fine. I’m glad I got to see the colors in my own house before deciding, because it really does make a difference. No problems at all, no hassle, and I’d definitely use them again...

"Color was pretty much spot on"
I was a little nervous the floor color might look different once it showed up, but it matched the photos really well. In my room it maybe looks just a tiny bit warmer, but you can tell that’s probably just the lighting.
It made choosing way less stressful because you’re not sitting there second guessing every little thing. I’m really happy with how it turned out.

It took a little while, honestly... but they did get it fixed in the end!! The process wasn’t super fast, but they handled the warranty claim well overall, so I can’t really complain!!!

"Quick shipping, but the vague updates made me a little unsure"
I ordered some flooring from efloors and it actually arrived faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The boxes showed up in good shape with no major damage, so that part went smoothly. Tracking was easy enough once it got going, but the updates were slow at first and the delivery window wasn’t very specific. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it did make me a little less confident while I was waiting around wondering what was going on. Overall it was a good order, just not quite as reassuring as I would’ve liked.

For the price, it’s worth it. Everything these days feels way more expensive than it should be, so when something actually does the job without costing a ton, I’m happy. It’s not perfect, but for what you pay, I really can’t complain.

I needed to place a special order for flooring that wasn’t in stock, and I felt kind of trapped because it had to match what I already had. Efloors.com handled it well though. They kept me updated by email, and the delivery ended up being close to the timeline they gave me. It took a little longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The flooring showed up in good shape and matched what I needed, so overall I’m happy with how it went

"Happy It Was Right, Though It Took a Bit"
I got the exact flooring and trim pieces I ordered, so no complaints there. It did take a little longer than I expected to go through and check everything, which was a bit annoying, but in the end it was all correct. Overall I’m happy, just wish the process had been a little quicker.

I’m usually a little skeptical when companies make delivery updates sound super smooth and polished, because half the time it just means vague messages that don’t tell you much. But in this case, the tracking was clear. I could see where my flooring was most days, and even though delivery took a little while, I wasn’t left guessing...

I called to order some flooring and the guy I spoke with was really helpful without being pushy, which I appreciated. It did take a bit to confirm the stock, but once that was sorted, everything was explained clearly and checkout was nice and simple. Hopefully the delivery goes just as smoothly.
